When Australia projects the French flag they project it as if it’s a symbol of solidarity with liberation and freedom, we feel their loss of life and peace.
When has the Australian Aboriginal flag ever been projected as a sign of respect for all the Aboriginals who lost their lives, tribes and culture to the deathly march towards the Commonwealth?
When has the faces of the innocent refugee children who are indefinitely incarcerated been shone onto the opera house as a sign of resistance to oppression?
Its so easy to be in solidarity to the victims of oppression that we believe are not our own, as if we too are innocent! We identify with innocent victims to deny the shame of our abuse.
If terrorism is teaching the West anything its about hypocrisy. The terror of Terra Australis is the greatest terror of all. A country so fraught with institutionalised genocide that its movement towards supporting victims of terror is laughable, otherwise you would weep.
I’d like to see the Aboriginal flag projected every Australia day as a significant reminder of modern Australia’s legacy and connection to murderous and terrorising Commonwealth.
I would rather see the faces of the nameless children held indefinitely in detention on those operatic arches until they are released and cared for. Deliberately killing childhoods is as harmful as the terrorists killing randomly. Australia targets openly innocent and lively children through illegal detention.
The open hypocrisy of pretending to sympathise whilst knowing in our souls that our nation has little sympathy or effort towards reconciliation for our own indigenous family or the desperate families who seek solace in our society is truly a systematic continuation of the genocidal and sociopathic values this nation was 'founded' on.
Terrorism is teaching us all about the terror in our own identities and our own backyards. I have the utmost sympathy for the terror that the victims of the Paris attack felt and all their families and I know it’s a genuine sympathy because I also have sympathy for the countless victims of my own nations terror.
Australia please don’t pretend you care about the French if you hypocritically refuse to care for our own fine first Australians, or waves of children who have tried to land on our shores in a hope that we would. Because up until now your actions clearly say you don’t. Wave that French flag pretending you understand victimhood and liberation from oppression whilst we openly terrorise with a silent apartheid and spiritually bereft incarceration.
